Caroline Bailes - non executive director
Caroline, who lives in St Albans, Hertfordshire, already has extensive experience of the workings of a boardroom through her job as Head of Corporate Development and Intelligence with the Guardian Media Group.
She deals with business
strategy, financial planning, investment risk appraisals and new
business launches (ranging from local newspapers to television
stations).
A chartered accountant by training, she used to work for Arthur Andersen in the City before taking on her current role.
