Three-vehicle RTC at Eight Ash Green
Three people were taken to hospital this morning (Wednesday) following a shunt on the London-bound A12 near junction 27.
Clinical manager John Nicholls, two response cars and two crews were dispatched to the scene after the call came in at about 7.36am.
John said: "A van and two cars had been in collision with one another. One car driver, a woman in her 40s, suffered a suspected broken nose; another young female driver suffered a suspected fractured arm, and the male van driver complained of back pain.
"Thankfully there were no serious injuries and no entrapments, so it was a straightforward job for us, and all three were taken to Colchester General Hospital for further care."
