Special Leave Policy - 1 Jan 2007

This document outlines the Special Leave Policy and Procedure for The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (the Trust). In line with the provisions of the Employment Act 2002 and subsequent regulations, the Trust acknowledges that there will be occasions when employees will need to request official leave for domestic, personal and family matters or are required to be absent from duty for essential civil and public duties.
