Performance data for the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust for 2007 - 2008
The Trust has to meet strict performance criteria when attending emergency calls.
Our key targets are to reach:
- 75% of Category A (life-threatening) calls within 8 minutes
- 95% of Category A calls within 19 minutes
- 95% of Category B (non life-threatening) within 19 minutes
- 95% of GP urgent calls within the time allotted by the doctor
For the period April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007 our performance was as follows:
