Performance data for the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust for 2006 - 2007

The Trust has to meet strict performance criteria when attending emergency calls.

Our key targets are to reach:

  • 75% of Category A (life-threatening) calls within 8 minutes
  • 95% of Category A calls within 19 minutes
  • 95% of Category B (non life-threatening) within 19 minutes
  • 95% of GP urgent calls within the time allotted by the doctor

For the period April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007 our performance was as follows:

  Category B responses within 19 minutes 94.1%
